Our Founding Vision
Vine Discount Pharmacy & Medical Supply was born from a belief that healthcare — at its core — is personal. By the time we opened on North Vine Street in 2003, chain pharmacies had taken over most of Los Angeles. They were fast, sure. But impersonal.
We wanted to do something different. We wanted to build a pharmacy where the pharmacist knows your name, remembers your family, and has five minutes to actually talk to you about your health. Where you're greeted warmly, served honestly, and treated with the dignity you deserve.
More than two decades later, that hasn't changed. We're still here at the corner of Vine and Fountain, serving our Hollywood neighborhood — East Hollywood, Little Armenia, Thai Town, and beyond. We still know our regulars by name. We still fill prescriptions in about 10 minutes. We still offer free consultations to anyone who needs them.
